Lotta Kagell is from Sweden. She began her real estate career when moving to Maui, Hawaii in 2003 where she initially worked with managing about 100 individual properties owned by off-island owners from the US mainland, Japan, and other parts of the world. In 2007 she moved to Oahu, joined Prudential Locations, and got very busy as a listing agent with listings throughout the whole island. After moving to Encinitas, California, Lotta switched gears and joined the Devore Realty Group as their assistant and has been with them since 2018. Lotta is the “glue” of the team, making sure deadlines are kept, paperwork is properly filled out, and assists with communication between the team members and the clients.
